Great Deal on a Villages at Mauna Lani Home

We live in the Villages at Mauna Lani on the Big Island, and think it is one of the finest complexes on the Kohala Coast. The featured property (MLS# 231334) is one of the few, single level, detached homes in the Villages. This is the popular Ali’i floor plan with solid mahogany doors and trim, stone floors, upgraded carpet, Kohler fixtures, outdoor kitchen and sliding, pocketing doors.

MLS# 231334, listed at $995,000.  Reduced almost $200K from its original 2004 price.

This home was originally a model and is being sold furnished. Owners have access to the beautiful Mauna Lani Beach Club and it’s just a short walk to Mauna Lani Shops and Restaurants.

This is my favorite at the Villages, I show it every chance I get! With most of the Villages units being multi-level, this is also a great choice for someone who does not want to deal with stairs. The Villages underlying quality of construction, lots of finish upgrades…and the furniture seems to be almost new condition.
