Steady Uptrend in Mauna Lani Resort Condo Sales & Prices Continues

Here’s an update on condo unit sales and prices at the Mauna Lani Resort.

Similar to our previous post on sales at the Waikoloa Beach Resort, sales volume has continued to climb at a steady pace since late 2011. Inventory levels have not changed much in the past six months with about 55 condos on the market. Of the 55, 12 of the listings are under $600K, with only 1 under $500K.

Median condo sales prices are moving steadily higher, making new highs over the past year. Prices are still well below the pre-recession highs and interest rates are still in a low range. This is still a great time to buy in Mauna Lani.
