There were 6 sales within Mauna Kea Resort in the month of July.
Most notably, Mauna Kea Realty successfully represented the Seller of Mauna Kea Villa #33 and sold the unit at the full offering price of $3.35M. Designed by the renowned architectural firm of Wells/Klages, The Villas are Hawaii’s most timeless and exclusive duplex condominium developments. The community is comprised of 40 condominium residences sprawled out over 30 acres all within walking distance to the Mauna Kea Resorts golf, beach, shopping, and restaurants.
Furthermore, Mauna Kea Realty successfully represented the Buyer and worked directly with the Seller of an off-market sale of Wai’ula’ula Duplex Villa #324.
Three of the July recordings were sales contributed to the completion of the Hapuna Beach Residences. 1st Annual Brew Fest to BENEFIT Virtual Charity Walk – Saturday, September 4:
Charity Walk, which is sponsored annually by the Hawaii Lodging & Tourism Association (HLTA), and raises much-needed funds to assist many island charities, will be a “Virtual Walk” this year and will take place from August 30 – September 12.
In addition, Mauna Kea Resort is adding a new component to the fundraising efforts and invites you to join in the fun! On Saturday, September 4, Mauna Kea Resort will be hosting their 1st Annual Brew Fest at South Pointe Lawn from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Tickets are $150 per person, and proceeds will benefit local charities here on Hawaii Island to help those in need. The goal this year is to raise $40,000 from the Mauna Kea Resort’s Ohana and to assist with the million dollar goal for the State of Hawaii.
