Just to remind you, Maui Kamaole is located steps away from Kamaole III Beach and a little longer walk to Keawakapu Beach. Either listing is a good buy to me. I just recently sold a 2 bedroom, 2 bath ocean view listing for $730,000. With that in mind, how much would you offer on these units?
