Excluding the Diamond Head Beach Hotel (which is leasehold, and sales are not reflected), the average sales price was $1,057,700 on average asking prices of $1,148,000. These apartments were on the market for an average of 111 days. Currently, there are 29 properties for sale at an average price of $1,331,200.

This Diamond Head Apartments listing (MLS# 1008095) has the highest asking price today

Of these, the highest priced unit in the Diamond head Apartments is listed at $5,950,000 for a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit of 2,749 square feet. There are a number of 2 bedroom units available where a buyer could enjoy oceanfront living in the $500,000 to $700,000 price range.
