We recently rented a large family size resort apartment villa in Ubud, Bali and found it amazing. The staff was excellent (which included a cook) and the privacy beyond my expectations. We rented from the owner when he is not there. I think is this a great idea – own and rent! You are able to maintain a paradise home and make some money. Clever!
