Luxury Ocean View Condo on the Big Island

Vista Waikoloa #B305 (MLS# 649142)

In the Heart of the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Big Island of Hawaii

Working with different buyers and sellers, I have found one common factor. When an ocean view is involved, everyone is happier. Having a view of the sparkling blue ocean, watching whales breach year-round, and watching the sunset over the blue ocean are extraordinary experiences.

Fully Renovated & Large Ocean Views

Working with sellers who take pride in their home, the décor & furnishing, and the renovations are a pleasure. Vista #B305 is completely remolded. Just some of the renovations are porcelain flooring, walk-in shower, brass bathroom fixtures, wet bar with sink and wine refrigerator, new HVAC and water heater, and much more! As it’s hard to find renovated condos in the resorts, and it’s extra sweet when you walk into a modern condo with all the conveniences of contemporary living with the feel of tropical life.

Oh, and did I forget to mention the breathtaking ocean views! I hired a professional photographer and videographer, and it does not do the home justice. The ocean views are even better and more extensive in person!

Luxury Lifestyle

One of the best features of living on an island is all the time you spend outside. Yet, you still want a comfortable home to relax, enjoy a good book, cook a good meal and enjoy it on your lanai. With top-of-the-line furnishing and upgraded appliances, you can cook with ease, relax on your lanai on either the Kingsley outdoor table or on the Kingsley Lounge chair.

Vista Waikoloa Community Gatherings

Known for its concrete construction, wrap-around lanais, and a 75-foot salt water lap pool, the Vista Waikoloa condos are popular with those looking for a second home or island retreat. The Vista community is also known for its group gatherings (before Covid) and community events. This community is a place to make friends and connect with your neighbors.

Homeowners Association Dues

Vista Waikoloa #B305 is located on the third floor and is a corner unit. With its location, the HOA dues are only $991.52 a month. Homeowners Association dues include water, sewer, trash, general building and landscape, Master property package insurance, on-site manager, basic cable, common areas, quarterly pest control inside and outside of units, and the Waikoloa Beach Resort dues.

Aneaho’omalu Bay Beach

Waikoloa Beach Resort has a beautiful beach called Aneaho’omalu Bay (A-bay). It is a great family-friendly beach and is popular for its incredible sunsets and kite surfers. Even though the Waikoloa Beach Resort has a beach, it can be fun to drive less than ten minutes to the famous Hapuna Beach and Mauna Kea Beach. Both beaches are the best beaches on the island, and people worldwide come to enjoy them.

Specializing in Resort Properties

Purchasing a condo on the Big Island can be exciting and overwhelming all at the same time. If you have never purchased a property in Hawaii, it could be pretty different from the mainland. Working with a real estate agent who knows the community’s pros and cons will help you feel confident in your real estate decisions. I specialize in resort properties and would be honored to help you find your piece of paradise.

I look forward to talking and becoming your Big Island advisor. You can also watch my Big Island lifestyle photos on my Instagram page.
