I think this is one of the most beautiful homes in this price range that I’ve seen. The use of natural stone over a more ‘traditional’ polished granite look gives the house a warmth and human touch that I often find lacking at this price point. Thanks for showcasing this Heidi!

@Lou, Your welcome, I really do like the lifestyle this private luxury subdivision offers to owners. Especially with such talented local athletes to instruct all the individual water sports at the Owners private beach club and then there is always the exceptional golf alternative as well!
