Live and work in Harmony in Ocean Pointe

91-1044 Kai Loli Street, Live and work in harmony..

Thanks to technology these days more and more people are choosing to work from home. I say, hallelujah! Working from home has many benefits like commuting from the bedroom to the home office in 3 seconds flat and cranking out work in your pajamas whenever you feel like it (or not.) It’s a modern day luxury that allows you to be in two places at once.

With the privilege, of course, come some challenges. The number one challenge is designating a space to work. We all saw the video that went viral this spring. An expert in North Korean affairs was being interviewed by the BBC on live television when his kids burst through the door and did what kids do best. The distraction proved too much for the poor man who struggled to regain composure, especially when his wife slid in on her knees and unceremoniously extracted the children from the room. Although, the video was hilarious and shared by millions around the world, those of us who work from home know all too well, the struggle is real.

A space to work is key to success for the home worker. A functional home office serves to keep your productivity up while keeping loved ones out. It sends a message that when you shut the door, you are at work.

91-1044 Kai Loli St. is a haven for the home worker. Situated in the neighborhood of Ocean Pointe in Ewa Beach this 4 bedroom 3 full bath home has a bedroom that is converted into a beautiful home office with built-in shelves, drawers, and cupboards to keep you neat and organized. But, there is more, a fully functional space completely separate from the main four bedroom three bath home is located in the backyard. It has more built-ins, a full bath, a wet bar and mini fridge and a murphy bed. The possibilities are endless for this space; office, studio, craft room, guest room, multi-generational living, homeschooling you name it, this is the space for it.

The home also boasts 40 owned PV panels, a whole home water filtration system, a formal living and dining area, eat-in kitchen and family room, plus a bedroom down stairs with a full bath. With the beach just a short stroll away and a mini park located on the street, this home has something for everyone.
