Lehua at Ho’opili is Accepting Applications for Lottery- Own a Brand New Home in Hawaii

Ho’0pili is D. R. Horton’s new master planned community situated on the Ewa plain in West Oahu. Over 12,000 brand new homes are expected to be built on approximately 1,500 acres of land. It is so popular that the developer utilizes a lottery system for prospective buyers!

This development will give it’s residents 3 elementary schools, a middle school, and high school. There will also be 3 rail stops and approximately 3,000,000 square feet of planned shopping and dining options. It will have parks, several community and recreation centers, bike paths and pedestrian pathways to make getting around easier.

Lehua

Lehua is the next phase of Ho’opili that has just released brand new, single-family homes starting in the high $600,000s. Homes will all be energy efficient to help with Hawaii’s high electric costs. Lehua offer 7 floor plans and Accessible Dwelling Unit layout options. Upgraded finishes and a stainless appliance package are standard in each home.

Brand new beautiful movie theaters, restaurants, UH West Oahu campus and the new Ka Makana Ali’i outdoor mall are all just minutes away. Ho’0pili is conveniently situated close to Queen’s West Hospital and the Warrior Ohana Medical Clinic. Several golf courses and beautiful beaches are nearby for those that enjoy the outdoor life!
