Buying or Selling a Home Through the Law of Attraction and the Law of Intention

Aloha! When purchasing or selling a home utilizing the universal Law of Attraction and also the Law of Intention, both spiritual laws of success that are unseen and intangible, you will see that as you hold the power of thought on any one subject—it could be anything that you are passionate or emotional about, good and bad—his natural law will prove itself to you by giving you signs and experiences of what you are thinking about and focusing on.

Write down what your desire is, meditate on it, then release it into the Universe, and visualize that goal as already being accomplished…the Law of Intention will bring you evidence soon after that will take you closer to your goal being accomplished

When selling a home, I ask the sellers to visualize taking their next step as if the home has already been sold—whether it be moving to their new home, visiting with family, or taking a well earned vacation…any thought that they can generate forward with passion and emotion will help their home to sell. I tell them to start packing! This energy put into the next step forward in a positive way always brings great results.

A lot of sellers will use many different spiritual techniques that have been proven to help sell a home—from burying a statue of St. Joseph statue upside down in their front yard, blessing the home through their favorite clergy, planting ti leaves and throwing Hawaiian salt at every corner, and one of the most popular ways is to use Feng Shui—the art of utilizing Chi energy—an ancient form and art using placement and intention.

Sellers will often organize their home through feng shui and be able to see immediate results. Along with the Law of Intention to sell their home, the art of Feng Shui corrects and enhances the Chi-energy to move more freely, causing the intention of the person to come to fruition.

Positioning furniture and plants, while also setting your intention will help sell your home through the process of Feng Shui and the Law of Attraction

Our nation’s capitol was built on the principles of Feng Shui and the Law of Intention in order to channel and focus the ultimate energy to the power of business being directed in these buildings.

According to the principles of free masonry, the art of intention was used to build Capitol Hill, the White House, and many other strategically placed monuments, to utilize the ultimate power of intention to run our country.

The distance between the Jefferson Monument and the Capitol is the same as that between the Capitol and the White House. The line that runs East and West connects the Lincoln Monument with the Washington Monument (obelisk) with the Capitol. It exactly bisects the triangle created of the Jefferson Monument and the White House with the Capitol. This horizontal line also connects the corners of the boundaries of Washington D.C. city limits, also see free masonry.

So, every home and every building should be built with these principles in mind. When building a home, you would want to use an architect who is conscious of these intangible laws. Placement of the home, the positioning of the landscaping, certain types of colors used, and the intention of the owner will definitely play a part in the ultimate experience of the home.

Being aware of the Law of Intention and having a conscientious architect will definitely assist you in channeling the best energy for prosperity and abundance to your home or property

When buying a home, I will have the buyers explain their ultimate dream experience of “coming home” or “being” at home, and have them employ all the senses of what they want in a home (smelling the fragrances of flowers, tasting the food off the BBQ, laughing with friends, hearing music, loving their family, etc.). Once the buyer can clearly see the vision of their ultimate home—setting their intention—then we set out to look at these homes.

The buyer will feel the energy of a property before even taking a step inside…feeling the energy as they drive up to the home, the curbside appeal, and their experience as they see the home for the first time. If the buyer can experience “coming home” in any of the properties that we look at, see their furniture there, or see the parties they will be throwing at this property, then we know we are that much closer to finding their dream home.

When you can see yourself cooking in the kitchen, smelling all the wonderful creations you’ll be making here, visualizing cooking for friends and family, then you are much closer to receiving your intended results

So, previewing properties becomes the ultimate shopping experience when utilizing the Law of Intention, as the buyer will pick and choose the “likes” of a home, looking only for the best experience of a home. As we do this with each property, through the Law of Attraction, the perfect home lines up for them and they are able to “feel” the perfect piece of paradise in this home from within them.

There was an older couple I met at an open house. They had vacationed in Hawaii for over 15 years, and were ready to retire and move here in about a year. They loved the house that was open, but wanted to be at a higher elevation, so I put them on the MLS search for homes immediately. I asked them if they utilized the Law of Attraction and philosophies of The Secret, and they mentioned that they went to a metaphysical church, so I knew that they also utilized the Law of Intention as well.

About a year later, they called me saying they had been looking around with other brokers, but the brokers only showed them the homes that each broker had listed and not anything more. So, I immediately sent them a list of all homes on the market according to their intended desires. There was one home that seemed to be out of their price range, but when I mentioned that it had everything they were looking for in a home and more, they decided to look at it.

When you set your intention to have something, the creation process begins as soon as you think it, and when you can think only positive thoughts about, that creation will come to you in perfect time, perfect place, perfect scenario with little or no effort on your part…just intending it will employ the Universe to create it into form for you.

When we got to the home, the wife became very emotional—from the experience driving up to the home, the landscaping, the design and feel of the home, and the ultimate view. It seems that because they had been wanting to be in Hawaii for so long, they had created the ultimate home that was on the market and available at the perfect time they were ready to buy.

This home reminded the wife of the home they had in Washington, with more tropical flora and fauna then they could have ever imagined…so she was elated! Through an interesting string of events and also in utilizing the Law of Attraction and Intention, they were able to purchase this home, and receive about $30,000+ of inventory because we utilized this Law of Intention during the transaction.

I recommend shopping for the home or object of your desire as soon as you have the thought of wanting something, so that the perfect experience will be ready for you when you are ready for it.

Thank you for your comment, and yes, you can have anything you wish for, in any area of your life – as long as you can dream it – this law says that whatever your heart desires will come to you.. I’ve seen that it works every time, all the time.

The latest transaction I had with a buyer-family who believes in these principles – I saw miracles happen, where the price on the house dropped $44,000 on the day we were making an offer, the bank approved the offer on a Saturday afternoon at 4:44pm, and every time I went to the property, the time would line up [10:10, 12:12, 3:33, 4:44, etc.], plus the Home Warranty package that I bought them as a closing gift totaled $333.33 with an upgrade! When all parties participate in this natural law, win-win-win situations are always expected!

There was also a homeless person that I helped recently – he came into a little bit of money, so he thought to buy some land in Ocean View [rural and off the grid]. A very cheap condo was on the market right in town that was about the same price as the land, and because this man was older, it seemed he would enjoy the conveniences of not having to drive so far – plus the unit had beautiful upgrades – like granite floors, upgraded kitchen area, plus it was near the pool, laundry area, and it’s parking stall was located right in front of the unit.

I do know that both of these buyers were shopping & thinking of their new homes some time before receiving it – the family started putting pictures of the home that they wanted on their refrigerator, so they could all visualize the property together [since there is “strength in numbers” with this law of thought – the more people think it, the faster it comes, etc.] – and I did take the homeless person out to look at some properties so he could visualize the ultimate position for himself…

It does take a some planning in your mind or “day dreaming” for things to “line up” perfectly – staying positive, open & aware of everything that you are being called to do [using your intuition], wanting the best for all.. being grateful.. these all seem key to the law of attraction working in your favor.

Oh, how I wish you lived here in Kansas City! I found this house through email updates as homes go on the market. I wasn’t even really searching or putting effort into looking because I need to fix my credit and save up for a down payment. But when I got this email,something told me to look at it. And I’m glad I did. As soon as I saw am picture of the front, I instantly knew, this is my house. This is my home. I further looked at more pictures available of this house. I fell in love with it already just through the pictures!! And so, I emailed the agent on the page, asking what I need to do to qualify for this home.
After meeting with the realtor, going over just the basics of buying a home, I took it upon myself to just drive to the property. Didn’t have the means to go inside, but just driving up to it, I got the overwhelming sense of, this is it. This is my home. Ever since then I’ve been visualizing myself in the home. Cooking meals for my son and I. Sitting in front of the fireplace, feeling the warmth against my skin. Relaxing in bed or in the living room. Driving up to the garage and pushing the remote control to open the garage and driving in. Every day since I got that email, I’ve been imagining. And when I do, I get a sense of love in my heart. I know this is my house.

Today, I went to see another agent and we went to go look at it. She told me that based off my income, I probably wouldn’t be able to get approval for a loan amount for the price of that house. I am not giving that any thought. As soon as I got out of the car, I felt it. This is home. And when we went inside, that was it. I loved it!! I felt it!! I know this home will be mine despite my credit or the asking price of the house. Just the area gives me butterflies. I know these feelings can’t be just nothing. I believe I am worthy of this home and that it is my mine and I will acquire it no matter what.

I can feel it!!
