Lottery applications are due on Thursday, July 30, 2020 by 5:00 p.m.
The lottery will take place on Friday, July 31, 2020 at 10:00 a.m.
There is only 1 home that will be released in this lottery. Ilima’s model home is a 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, 1,397 square feet of living space, priced at $634,270, fee simple.
How the Lottery Works
Lotteries are now held virtually. The day of the lottery, names are drawn from a bowl or bag from the applications received. As names are selected, that’s the order you’ll be placed in for selecting a home. So for example, if your name is selected third, you would be the third person to select a home from what’s available on the list. A $1k deposit will be required to reserve your home.
