Kulalani at Mauna Lani Resales Have Begun

With the last of the developer sales currently under contract, the resale market has begun…albeit quite slowly, in this award-winning community of four and six-plex buildings.

There is a beautiful new listing in Kulalani which backs to the “rough” of the South Golf Course and boasts beautiful high-end upgrades. It is a townhouse (MLS# 242899), as are all of the Kulalani condos, with two bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, 1,636 sq. ft., and a single car garage, outdoor kitchen, and private lanai priced at $619,000 unfurnished.

This unit is owned by a full-time resident who put every available upgrade into his unit upon purchase 5 years ago. It has Brazilian Teak floors, fully upgraded electronics, wall mirrors, phantom screens, 3” wider garage (important to many), Creston electronics system, and additional storage under the stairwell, security system, fans in bathrooms and on the lanais, and upgraded lighting fixtures

That’s on the inside…the amenities at Kulalani are exceptional as well, including 2 pools—one for adults, one for families with a kiddie pool at one end—2 spas, one of the largest fitness areas in a private community, BBQ and entertainment pavilion, all on a very spacious 6 acres of manicured grounds with Kohala, Mauna Kea, Mauna Loa, and Hualalai views.

As with all Mauna Lani properties, the Advantage Membership Program is available upon application offering discounts and owner’s privileges throughout the resort in addition to membership of the Beach Club at Mauna Lani at no additional cost!

Although I do feel it is a bit high in price, with the market conditions showing more pending sales than active listings in this price range, this beautiful home will be receiving a lot of attention over the next couple of weeks, as I expect, that is all it should take to receive an acceptable contract.

Living and loving the resort life.
