Kukio, Maniniowali, & Kaupulehu – 2013 End of Year Sales

Now that 2013 has come to a close, it appears to have been a great year for sales volume within the Kukio, Maniniowali, and Kaupulehu Communities. There were a total of 35 transactions with a combined total of $181,817,499 in overall collective sales by ALL brokerage firms that have sold in these communities.

According to Hawaii Information Service, 2013 sales total for the Kukio, Maniniowali, and Kaupulehu communities are as follows:

There were two closed sales that had significantly attributed to the increase of sales volume for 2013.

Kukio Lot 12, 2013’s most significant sale for the State of Hawaii is an exceptional beachfront home site, which was listed at $25,000,000 and sold at $22,500,000. This property is an incredible one-of-a-kind beachfront home site, just over an acre and within close proximity to the beach club.

The second significant sale was Kukio Lot 97, which is a residence located on the front row of Kukio. This residence consists of 6 bedroom / 6.5 bath and sold at $21,000,000.

Although both sales contributed to a dramatic increase in sales totals, there still continues to be a large number of homes and home sites available for sale on the market within Kukio.
