Aloha Heidi… Can you believe a foreclosure in Kuki’o? Just goes to show how wide and deep the economic downturn cut, and how deeply it’s affected real estate across all price categories. This estate has never been on the market and with no reserve bid, it could be an incredible value purchase. Wonder if this has anything to do with Hualalai’s decision to postpone their last auction??

@Beth – the builder was Maryl. I have a packet of additional information for any potential buyers who may want it. Also, we’ve been invited to preview the property next Thursday the 12th from 4-6pm, I’ll be there if you want to join!
