Kua’aina Mauka: A New Upcountry Maui Community

After years in planning and development, Kua’aina Mauka is moving forward with construction in Makawao, Maui. The new road with sidewalks along both sides and a cul-de-sac at the top has been completed. In the past month, the County of Maui has “finalized” the building permits for 12 of the homes, and the other 20 building permits are in the final stages of review. Underground utilities have been installed, and vertical construction of the homes is slated to begin soon. Interior materials of the homes include interlocking plank flooring, shaker style cabinetry, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. There are more than 10 homes already under contract. Meet the friendly sales team!
