Ho’opili, D.R. Horton’s master planned community situated between Ewa Beach and Kapolei, is presently building Kohina, the newest phase of the development. Homes in Ho’opili are sold through a lottery system. You must submit a completed application, a pre-approval letter from a local lender, and a notarized owner-occupant affidavit to be considered for the lottery.
