This is phase 2 of Kohina which is across the street from Kohina. The lottery will consist of 5 Flex Homes, 3 Studios and 10 Townhomes. These homes are 1 – 4 bedrooms with living space from 682 – 1810 square feet. These brand new homes are priced from $399k – $677,500. There’s something for everyone!

Applications Due: Friday, March 6, 2020 by 5 pm.
Lottery Held: Saturday, March 7, 2020 at 10 am.
