I love Kailua-Kona and to have a home on Alli Drive less that a mile from the village would be a dream come true! I love that the home is located just minutes from town and close to the sandy beaches on Alii Drive. From the pictures and description it looks to be a luxury home with and beach house feel. I myself am looking to buy a vacation home and I know that oceanfront homes are most sought after and bring in a highest rental income. Oceanfront property is limited and to own a piece of the coast line would be amazing. This house may be out of my price range but your blog gives an idea of what I’m looking for.
