There was no activity at our courthouse in Lihue on Thursday, Veterans Day, but the foreclosure auction totals for this week was similar to those in previous weeks because of a development in foreclosure. Of the 67 auctions scheduled through November 12th, 12 of them were for Poipu Aina Estates, a land development of multi-acreage lots in Poipu that came onto our market at the peak.
There may indeed be some great land deals here if you want to build something in Poipu at some point in the near or not so near future. These lots are around 2.5 acres in size, so plenty of room to breath in Poipu.

With very few homes in the Lihue area for sale under $300,000, this fixer upper has a user-friendly floor plan and some nice level back yard area to plant your garden, and have a barbecue.
