Kauai Kailani is located in a prime location in Kapaa on the ocean. There are 75 total units, 30 in the roadside building and 45 in the oceanfront building. The condos were completely renovated ~2013. The property doesn’t have a resort feel driving in, but the views from many of the condos in the oceanfront building are exceptional. Where are the properties that are affordable for the worker bees that keep the islands running? These are lovely properties for the elite or for tourist.

Many worker bees and families are just unable to qualify, which unfortunately leads to a significant portion of wages going to rent. There are a number of initiatives the county has started to try to assist local families with this issue.
