A flag lot is a lot that sits behind another lot. in other words, there is a easement that connects the property to the street as opposed to the property being butted up against the street.

The county records indicate the lot is 12,894 Sq.Ft.
As far as structural condition, anyone interested in buying this home, or any other property, should have a professional home inspector and appraiser look at the property.
The Kauai Co. tax web site will have the current taxes on the property.
