Location

Kehalani is centrally located on the island of Maui, close to great beaches and wilderness for both the outdoor enthusiast and sightseer.

Options

Kamani has proposed 3 layouts currently titled “X, Y, and Z.” Similar to Milo Court I, Kamani has varying terrain where each floor plan can be positioned comfortably. Pictured below is the proposed “X” floorplan, with 1,504 sq.ft. of living space and three bedrooms – there is plenty of room to grow.

To further differentiate each building, Kamani will offer three exterior styles, the “Hawaiian Classic,” “Plantation,” and “Islander.”

Sales are expected to start in early 2016. If 2015 was any indication for home sales, getting on the reservation list sooner than later would be wise. Towne Island Homes, developer for Kamani, also developed The Parkways of Maui Lani, one of my favorite new single family residential neighborhoods.
