Ka Makana Ali’i – Regional Shopping Center & Outdoor Mall Coming to Kapolei
A new 1.4 million square-foot shopping center named Ka Makana Ali’i is set to break ground in Kapolei early next year and is on track for a 2014 opening!

This will be Oahu’s third largest shopping center (Ala Moana being #1, and Pearlridge #2) and should be a major stimulus for the local economy and housing market.

Later additions that are in the works include: two business hotels, a movie theater, an anchor department store, restaurants, and multiple specialty retail stores. They also have over 200,000 square feet of office space helping West Oahu to become a major contender in the “Live, Work, Play” theme that is catching on across the nation.
