‘Iolani Subdivision in Holualoa Boasts Million Dollar Views & High Quality Homes

‘Iolani is one of the most sought after high end subdivisions in Kailua-Kona…and one of the main reasons is because of the views!

‘Iolani Views

The majority of lots here at ‘Iolani on the Big Island have amazing views…even driving down the street, you will experience the million dollar ocean, coastline, and sunset views!

Developed by The Maryl Group in the 1990’s, Mark and Cheryl Richards put quality and thought into this subdivision, taking full advantage of the amazing view planes from each property.

Located at the 800-1,000’+ elevations, the weather patterns are a few degrees cooler than 200-400 feet below. Nestled in the desirable Holualoa coffee belt, you will be in the Holualoa School District and have easy access to the events like the Holualoa Light Festival and many coffee and artists events.

‘Iolani Living

I recently stayed in a home while my home was being tented down the street, and I have to tell you, what a difference in the quality of lifestyle from up here, just with the breathtaking views and coolness!

I was offered the place next door from my clients’ house for a few days, and I had a great time enjoying the weather, views overlooking the infinity pool, and being next door to beautiful people. It was very easy to meditate and visualize my dreams coming true as I was able to spiritually connect to nature and myself here.

The mornings are breathtaking as the sun touches the shoreline before creeping its way up the mountain…it’s easy to wake up with a great disposition from here! Most of the homes here have pocket doors and huge lanais with pools that overlook the view, so the experience of living here is first class!

I stayed in the home of a professional couple and their property was immaculate with attention to detail in every corner, and yet quite conservative. Not all homes are Maryl-built homes, so it’s really nice to see the different types of quality architecture, and all of high value.

The common areas are immaculate as well, and this adds to the ambiance and high end experience you get when you own here. With access convenience to the lower Mamalahoa Hwy., and the Upper Old Mamalahoa Hwy. through Holualoa, you have the best of both worlds! You can access town easily, and if you need to get to Costco, you can take the mauka or mountain highway to avoid traffic and stoplights.

‘Iolani Home For Sale

Currently, there’s only one home for sale in ‘Iolani, let me know if you’d like to see it (MLS# 243144). This is the lowest priced Maryl built Iolani listing in nearly a decade! This home shows pride of ownership throughout and will be a treat to see.

The large 2 car garage with well reinforced shelving allows for plenty of storage. With its driveway located through A’eo Street, you will have the ‘Iolani million dollar experience at way less than a million!

Also, there is a 264 square foot tiled lanai with a ceiling fan for outdoor living. Located at a cool 850 foot elevation, this is a great opportunity to own in Iolani for an amazing price.

The kitchen appliances have been replaced in the last few years and louver window hardware was also replaced recently.
