$500,000 Reduction – Hualalai Auction Drops Reserve Price

Today Concierge Auctions announced that a gorgeous Hualalai Estate being auctioned on July 1, 2010 on Hawaii’s Big Island, has reduced the reserve price by $500,000.

Buy this Hualalai Estate for half a million dollars less…

That means some lucky buyer out there may just have saved themselves one-half million dollars before the auction even starts! Action price starts at $5.4M

What this move really tells me is that there have been less-than-expected number of potential bidders already registered with Concierge auctions to buy this gorgeous home at the Hualalai Four Seasons Resort. What entices more people to show up to buy a house at auction? A reserve price that is seen as “affordable”? Or a price that is “too good to pass up”? To me, this looks like an amazing home at an even more incredible price—assuming no one shows up to bid against you.

Coming to the Big Island for the fourth of July holiday? Contact me if you’d like more information on this—or any—Big Island property.

Katie,

Thank you for telling your fans about our upcoming auction. We actually have more initial interest in this property then other properties we have sold in Hualalai.

In order to foster competition we decided to lower the reserve and are excited that the market will be present on auction day.

We look forward to you bringing the winning bidder on auction day.

Thx.
