Hoopili Selling Now – 11,750 New Homes Coming To Ewa Beach & Kapolei
The first release of single family homes Haakea in Hoopili sold out in one day. These single family homes range from 1,689 sqft – 2,373 sqft with six different floor plans to choose from. Homes start in the high $500,000′s. The association fee is currently set at $59 a month. Features include front and backyard landscaping, tankless gas water heater (yes, you will have a gas stove), split air conditioning throughout the home, plus much more.
The price list below reflects the current prices of for Haakea Release 1. These homes are projected to be completed by June/July 2017.
Haakea Release 2 pricing should be released in the next couple of weeks. Prices are expected to go up around $5,000 per home. Release 2 homes are projected to be finished around July/August 2017. D.R. Horton is offering a $4,000 closing cost credit if you choose their preferred lender. An additional $1,000 closing cost credit applies to first responders, military, and teachers. D.R. Horton is also including a year membership to the Kroc Center for each home purchased in Haakea.
Haloa at Hoopili will be affordable townhomes and condos. These homes will be built alongside Haakea in Phase 1 in Hoopili. Information will be coming out soon for Haloa.
