Are you looking to purchase a brand new single-family home at NorthPark by Gentry Homes? Hi everyone, this is Fawn Bertram with Homes by Fawn and Hawaii Life Real Estate. Today we’re going to talk about the next lottery that will be taking place at NorthPark.

NorthPark’s upcoming lottery will be for Phase 9. There will be 5 homes released to the public and they will all be perimeter lots. The upcoming phases for perimeter lots at NorthPark will be 9, 10, 11, and 13.

Lottery Dates:

Prices have not been released yet but we know they’ll be a little more since these are perimeter lots. The next lottery is planned for June 5, 2021, at 11 am.

The lottery packet will be available on May 16, 2021. The packet will include information on the sales process, the owner affidavit, price list, site map, and home selection form.

The owner affidavit will need to be notarized. This is basically stating you’re going to live in the home for at least a year. After a year, you’re free to sell, rent or keep the home.

Model Homes at NorthPark

To view the model homes at NorthPark, an appointment is required. There are no walk-ins available for these homes.

To make an appointment, your agent will need to submit the notarized owner affidavit and a pre-qual letter to the sales office in order to see schedule a home tour.

Very Important

It is very important that you don’t forget to bring your agent with you on the first visit. It’s Gentry’s policy that your agent will need to accompany you on the first visit to be able to represent you.

Once you have seen the homes, have the lottery packet completed, and pre-qualification letter submitted, your name can be entered into the lottery. If you decide to use Gentry’s lender, they’re offering $9k for closing cost incentives.
