Where Did the Sport of Surfing Originate From?

The ancient sport of surfing originated in ancient Hawaii and was considered the sport of Kings (Ali’i). The ancient Hawaiians used to say that when the waves get THIS BIG that it was thought that only the Gods themselves could surf them.

Call them what you may, but there are a few brave souls who venture into such epic seas to catch a ride of a lifetime. And what an epic ride indeed!
