Great Home Deals in Beautiful Maui Meadows

Maui Meadows is by far one of my favorite neighborhoods on Maui and also happens to be where I live. It’s a 244 lot subdivision perched above the Wailea Resort with stunning views of the islands of Molokini, Kahoolawe, and Lanai as well as incredible mountain views of Haleakala and the west Maui mountains.

In addition to the great views, this neighborhood also has a slightly cooler climate than Wailea and Kihei, which is nice in the hot summer months. It is also one of the few places in south Maui where you can purchase such large lots. Check out some of the great deals on current listings below.

Beautiful sunset from a home in Maui Meadows

Maui Meadows Possible Short Sale

This 2 bed/1 bath single family home sits on a .1320 acre lot and is the lowest priced home that I have seen in Maui Meadows. This is a possible short sale and the bank has approved the price, so the response time should be quick. What an awesome opportunity to get into this great neighborhood without spending a lot!

This gorgeous 2 bed/2 bath home with detached ohana has expansive ocean views, lap pool, putting green, and lush landscaping situated on over one half acre. There are also stunning views of Haleakala from main kitchen and the detached ohana.

This fabulous house went pending after being on the market for only 8 days! But if you are interested they are still continuing to show it and may still be accepting back up offers.

The entire pool facing side of this home features double-pane french doors that open to the pool lanai and offer that Maui life-style of seamless indoor-outdoor living. This home is also unique because it is ADA friendly, with wheel-in master shower, and widened doorways. The ten foot deep saline pool has a natural rock waterfall and an ADA Lift Chair.

These are just a few of the great deals in Maui Meadows, if you would like to see more please feel free to contact me.

Mahalo,
Sherri
