A new condo project in Honolulu is getting a boost with lower prices.
Holomua could be completed as soon as early 2013
According to a recent article in the Star Advertiser, Holomua is expected to get a jump start in sales due to the following factors: lower construction costs and lower prices! The starting price is $239,900 for a unit that is 354 square feet and go up to $467,700 for 752 square feet. The project is “affordable” in more ways than one. Not only are the prices attractive, there are income requirements.
Of the 114 units, 90 of them must be sold to owner occupants who intend to live in the unit and do not make more than 140% of the median income in Honolulu. This income ceiling equates to $91,500 for a household of two people or $114,380 for a family of four.
Floor plans consist of one or two bedrooms and one or two bathrooms
