Hoakalei’s Affordable Resort Marina Lifestyle

Distinctive island style can be yours at an affordable price at Hoakalei.

Hawaiian style detailed construction at Hoakalei

Offering exceptional quality and incredible value, Ka Makana at Hoakalei has 19 single family residential decorated models currently on display for viewing. The models showcase elegant indoor and outdoor spaces balanced with rich colors, textures, and details of traditional island architecture.

Living spaces are open, light, and inviting, coupled with luxurious kitchens and master suites. The distinctive features of these homes requires a full detailed page listing the exceptional specifications, including all of the energy star qualifications that help to create an eco-friendly home. A proper tour of the “design studio” and individual models will require hours, if not multiple visits, as there are so many award winning designs with great floor plans to view and choose from.

Luxurious master suites

The one and two story models range from 3 to 5 bedrooms and 2 to 4.5 bathrooms. The total square footage “under roof” goes from approximately 1,745 square feet, up to approximately 4,650 square feet for the 5 bed/4.5 bath design. The price point, meanwhile, ranges from the low $500K range up to over $1 million for the luxurious golf course frontage homes.

Blessed with a perfect sunny, trade wind climate, the rolling surf and beach just a stroll away, your lifestyle at Ka Makana is already rewarding! The gifts that are in abundance at Hoakalei (Ho-a-ka-lei) now, as well as the other master planned resort attractions to come, will simply inspire you to get in and begin your new Hawaii life in style.

Wow nice product. It is hard for me to realize I used to gallop my horse along all those cane haul roads in Ewa not that long ago. There used to be one single lane road into and out of Ewa Beach. I lived in Ewa for 17 years growing up and it was wonderful. Everyone always thought Ewa had such a bad reputation. That was silly then and the rumor still persists today which is bound to change. Ewa is the second city on Oahu and there is opportunity to make a living, public schools and quality housing.

@Ms.SydneyO’Dear – The best place to start is getting qualified with a local lender to see what you can afford, unless you plan to pay cash. Then, I’d recommend working with a Realtor (such as myself) to help you find something here in Hawaii. I would not suggest investing with strangers you are seeking to solicit online. Only people you know/trust. Often in Hawaii, individuals do team up with others to purchase property in groups or “Hui’s”, however once again I recommend you really make sure you know who you’re getting into business with.
