ゴールドコースト オフィス/HL Gold Coast Office

ハワイのゴールドコーストって何処のことだか知っていますか？　ワイキキとカハラの間にあるカピオラニ公園辺りの海沿いの事。　昔からのコンドミアム(コオップも含む) が立ち並ぶ雰囲気のあるカピオラニ通り。　弊社ハワイライフのオフィスがニューオータニホテルの一角にあります。　午前中　電話番しに行ってみました。　周りのコンドミニアムの賃貸もしていて次々とテナントさんがチェックを持って賃貸料を払いに来ます。　外に出るとそこは白砂の海岸。　周りは緑に囲まれて　水族館も見えます。　外はお散歩をしたり海で楽しむ人たちでいっぱい。　なんだかなぁ〜　笑　　ハワイはスーツ姿の人とビキニの人が混ざってる面白いところ。

Do you know where the Gold Coast on Oahu is? It is a location by the sea near Kapiolani Park between Waikiki and Kahala. Kalakaua Avenue around this Gold Coast area has a resort atmosphere with condominiums (including Co-op). One of our Hawaii Life offices is located in the corner of the New Otani Hotel on Kalakaua Avenue. I went to stay in the GC office in the morning. This office is also managing owners’ condo for rent around this area. While I was at the office, I met many tenants who stopped by to drop the rent check. When you go outside, there is a white sand beach with blue beautiful ocean. Surrounded by greenery and you can see the aquarium next to the park.
