Hawaii Life Opens a Brand New Office in the Heart of Haleiwa on Oahu’s North Shore

We are pleased to announce the opening of our newest Oahu office location in historic Haleiwa today, on the North Shore of Oahu. We invite you to a Grand Opening Celebration and Office Blessing from 5 to 8 pm today. As part of our commitment to creating community-centered real estate offices statewide, the celebration will feature an art installation by renowned Hawaii painter Doug Britt and live music from the Barefoot Boys.

Doug Britt is graduate of the San Francisco Art Institute. His works have been exhibited at the Hawaii State Art Museum, the Venice Art Walk Invitational, the Maui Arts and Cultural Center and the Honolulu Academy of Arts. His work has also been displayed in galleries and at exhibitions in New York, Los Angeles, Santa Monica, Portland and Kauai. Britt has been a Kauai resident since the early 1970s, following his service in the U.S. Coast Guard. Best known for his whimsical, bold paintings with themes culled from his personal history, Britt is also a sculptor whose works have been featured in Architectural Digest magazine.

The grand opening celebration will take place in our newly constructed, permanent office location near the famed Rainbow Bridge in Haleiwa. Serving the North Shore community, John Climaldi will lead our Haleiwa office as Broker-In-Charge. “We’ve had an office in nearby Pupukea for a year, as we worked on our new home base,” said Climaldi of the recently completed construction. “It was our goal to create a welcoming and gracious location that represents the true essence of this special place.” The office replaces a temporary space in a plantation house near Shark’s Cove which opened its doors to the North Shore community in 2017.

The office interior was designed as a gathering space in the refreshingly simple and fresh style that has become a Hawaii Life standard in our office locations. The contemporary open space invites collaboration and incorporates the use of recycled materials, as well as unique artistic elements and a relaxed style that reflects Oahu’s North Shore lifestyle. Surrounded by art galleries, the Haleiwa office will showcase rotating art installations from local artists.

Oahu residents are invited to join in the grand opening and blessing celebration from 5 to 8 p.m. on January 10, 2019, at 62-594 Kamehameha Hwy, The Shops at Anahulu #2 in Haleiwa.
