人気の裏付け ハワイ不動産 Nearly 25% Of Hawaii Homes Are Purchased By Out-Of-State Buyers

ハワイ不動産は実に約24%のオーナーがアメリカ本土からのバイヤーなのだそうだ。そして4%が海外からのバイヤー。この理由はもちろん ハワイと言う場所柄に加えニューヨークやLAなどの州に比べ固定資産税の利率がダントツ低いために投資や別荘に最適だからだとエコノミストが上記のハワイラジオで言っている。 実に興味深い❣️

It’s very interesting that Hawai’i economist is mentioning in this article that nearly 24% of buyer was from outside of Hawaii. 4% was from foreign country. In addition to Hawaii’s beauty, property tax rates are lower than most of other states.
