Hawaii Five-O (Hana a’a Makehewa) Visits Downtown Real Estate

The majority of this week’s episode was shot around the Five-O headquarters in Downtown Honolulu.

Capitol Place #3008 is a 1 bedroom condo (MLS# 1014901) that overlooks Downtown Honolulu

This weeks plot was pretty thick as it started off with Chin Ho having a bomb strapped to his neck. Similar to Lost, the show was time-warped back in time to show the scene of events that led to this. McGarrett and Dano come to find that an arms dealer turned dead floating in the waters off south Oahu.

When they figure out what the prevailing tides and currents were, they discover the body was dumped in the water off Ko Olina. They also are able to find surveillance footage from the hotel that links the victim to the killer of McGarrett’s father, named Hesse. Once on the hunt, they come close to capturing him, however, he escapes.

Chin Ho was able to track him down at Ala Wai Harbor next to the Ilikai, only to find himself ambushed, which led back to where the episode started off.

Pinnacle Honolulu unit (MLS# 1012120), almost 3,000 square feet and encompasses the 30th floor

Hesse wants $10 million in ransom money, however, the governor was unwilling to “negotiate with terrorists” and the Five-O team has to think outside the box, or should I say “under” the box. They end up breaking in to HPD’s headquarters in Downtown Honolulu from underground to get the money to meet up with Hesse in some fields in Waipahu for the ultimate showdown…

Downtown Honolulu offers some great buildings that include Capitol Place, Executive Centre, Harbor Court, Harbor Square, and the Pinnacle Honolulu. Capitol Place and the Pinnacle are the two newest buildings completed in 2008.
