Hapuna Prince & Kona Brewing Company Offer Brewer's Tasting at Mauna Kea Resort

Kona Brewing Company has teamed up with the Mauna Kea Resort’s Hapuna Beach Prince Hotel to offer a night of “house made bar snacks” and five different beers.

Last year, some colleagues (who shall remain unnamed) introduced me to the Kona Brewing Company’s Koko Brown Porter and claimed the restaurant’s outdoor lanai as their “office” while I was busy being overwhelmed with the incredible flavor and taste of this unique beer. It didn’t take me long to catch on as to why, and now of course, I seek it out all over the island (and am always willing to meet you at your “office” for pau hana, colleagues—you know who you are!)

The Coast Grill overlooks the pool and ocean for spectacular sunset views

How wonderful to have the Kona Brew Company joining forces with the Coast Grill at the Hapuna Beach Prince Hotel on Friday, November 18th to provide a special menu and beer tasting. The menu looks fantastic—I could go for some spicy banana curry right now, in fact! And of course, the Koko Brown float is sure to be out of this world.

$42 is an incredible price for the food and drink being offered, and if I were going to be on island, you would definitely find me here! Hopefully this will become a regular event, this is a don’t miss combination!
