Aulu
Aulu at Ho’opili has eight single-family style floor plans, including Accessible Dwelling Unit layout options. Each home comes standard with upgraded finishes and a stainless steel appliance package. These single family homes are 3 and 4 bedrooms. Prices start from $648,365 fee simple with monthly lotteries.
Ilima
Ilima at Ho’opili features 6 floor plans with living spaces of 973 to 1,860 square feet. Ilima will consist of townhomes, stacked flats, and affordable homes. These homes are 2 and 3 bedrooms, and each home has a minimum of two parking stalls. Currently Ilima has 3 bedroom market priced homes available, starting at $596,270 fee simple, first come first serve.
Hooulu
Hooulu at Ho’opili features 3 floor plans and are modern plantation-style single-family homes. These homes have 2 and 3 bedrooms with living space from 868 to 1,144 square feet. For December’s lottery, prices started at$654k fee simple.
Kohina
Kohina at Ho’opili will serve as the Future Main Entrance and Gateway into Ho’opili. Kohina will be the first Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) neighborhood, where you can walk to the rail station. There are 40 unique floor plans consisting of Market-Priced Homes, Affordable Homes, Townhomes, Residential and Commercial Studios, FLEX Homes, and Commercial Spaces. Phase 1 of Kohina is still being built, and Phase 2 has just started.
There are currently 14 affordable units available to the 120% median income at Kohina. They are 1 bedroom and 2 bedrooms starting from $341k to $432k. These homes are first come first serve.
