Halii Kai 8F Penthouse with Ocean Views in Waikoloa Beach Resort

Halii Kai is Waikoloa Beach Resort’s premiere oceanfront community…and that means whale watching! No other community boasts the water front views that Halii Kai has from its lagoon style pool and pavilion, bar and grill, or workout hale.

Salt Water Pool

We currently have a beautifully appointed three bedroom, three full bath town home for sale on the golf course looking down the signature hole across the ocean and out to Maui that will knock your socks off (as if anyone wears socks in Hawaii).

Luxurious Home Interior: Fully Furnished and Turn Key

The interior decorator for this penthouse is renowned for her upscale finishes and left nothing undone from the fine local art collection and down filled furnishings to the pottery and kitchenware – all are top notch.

Custom light fixtures, paint, window coverings, and a feel of luxury throughout with most of the furnishings from Tommy Bahama’s Island Collection. There are two king beds and two sets of bunk beds with generous round tables seating 6 both inside and out for AL fresco dining and golf critiquing, whale watching, and sunsets.

Halii Kai 8F Penthouse (MLS# 249216)

Ideally Located Close to Big Island Amenities

The home has a garage and extra assigned parking space, and is within walking distance of shopping, dining, and the Hilton and Marriott Hotels to catch a luau or concert at the Queen’s Amphitheater. Anaehoomalu Bay for swimming, snorkeling, or pu pus and happy hour is a very short car ride or ten minute walk.

Living room

With comparable size homes in nearby communities selling at double the price, this home in Waikoloa Beach Resort will likely prove to be a bargain at the list price of $1,030,000 fully furnished turn key!

The other great thing is that there is a solid comp for this unit as the mirror-image sold just a few months ago. Of course, the price trend at Halii Kai has been up since then, so this continues to look like a “buy”.

Hi Pam! Great property, I hope a savvy Buyer sees the potential in this turn key unit. P.S. Haven’t worn a pair of socks in about a year!

Thanks for your continued insight of the Kohala market. Waikoloa Beach Resort … Kolea and Halii Kai seem to be rebounding nicely. Low price for Kolea $799,000 now? It appears the Vista and the Shores (the old) are getting much more traffic as a result. Look at the escrow properties in the Vista right now as well as the Shores…. possible the Vista will see $500,000 + listing soon and Shores will follow suite with similar if not better listings or “solds”? The market cycle continues towards 2017 -2018 peak?
