Halelani Village Kauai | Convenient & Affordable Condo Options

Affordable is really a relative term. The popularity of living on a beautiful, tropical one of a kind destination…in the middle of the Pacific is not the cheapest option in America…but, I think it is one of the best. If you have been to Kauai, you know how special it is here.

Halelani Village

In Halelani Village located in Lihue, Kauai, you can find a two or three bedroom condo for under $450k. This complex is located in the urban hub of the island while still being far enough away to feel quiet and serene. Many units offer amazing mountain views and the ocean is only a 5-10 minute drive away. Countless shops and restaurants are also close by as well as the airport and the hospital. Costco is close by too,  and while this might sound silly to some readers…this convenience is an important one.

Pets Welcome

Looking for a pet-friendly condo? Look no further than Halelani Village. And if you are moving from off-island and do not have a pet…why not check out the Kauai Humane Society and try out a dog or cat for the day or the weekend? You will fall in love and then they make it very easy for you to adopt and bring your new friend home for good. If you have ever been in sales then you have heard the term “puppy dog close”…there you go. Bring home a new family member to your convenient condo on Kauai.
