I have exciting news! NorthPark by Gentry Homes has announced its next lottery release.

Owner-Occupants
The lottery at NorthPark will be open to owner-occupants. Meaning you’ll have to live in the home for at least 1 year. After a year you can sell, rent or keep the home.
There will be 5 single-family homes released. The base price has increased due to these homes being located on perimeter lots. What that means is you won’t have a neighbor behind you. The backyard will be larger and facing an open field. The single-family homes are priced from $717,275 to $722,400. The homes are 3 – 4 bedrooms with 2.5 baths and have move-in dates around October 2021.
Lottery Dates:
The lottery applications are due on Friday, July 30th by 3 pm, which consists of a lottery application, home selection form, and pre-qual letter.
The lottery will take place on Saturday, August 7th at 11 AM. The lotteries are closed events.

There are no walk-ins available to see the model homes and NorthPark has a process in place to see the model homes and enter the lottery.
