Price-Reduced Again! Frank Lloyd Wright Hawaii Home

Well here we go again. It just gets better and better!

(I noticed more photos of the view were needed, so here is one from my last visit!)

This marvelous Frank Lloyd Wright Designed Home (MLS# 233216) just had another price reduction; this is the deal we’ve been waiting for. A sweet location and design, with FLW-designed furniture thrown in as well. If I only had an extra million to invest right now…

New Asking Price: $999,900 ($-500,000)
County Assessed Value: $2,274,300

I have blogged about this property before, so please read those as well. What more can I say, but this property remains a big favorite of mine.

Please let me know if you have questions, want to see this fabulous home, or simply want to write an offer. At under $1M, what are you waiting for?

I am shocked this hasn’t sold yet! If I were to buy on the Big Island, this would be my #1 choice. Seems like an incredible value.

I am a conservator of wooden objects and have treated both Frank Lloyd Wright furniture and houses. So, if the new owners need any preservation work or consulting done, please let me know. I am currently on the Big Island doing a stabilization project for the Lyman Museum in Hilo until about mid-November. If I had the bucks, I could have happily lived there! Personally, I love some degree of isolation.

Thanks for the contact. It may be something the new owner would like to do, most certainly. They will need a talented upholsterer too, of which I know of one here. I too like the peace this properties semi isolated location brings. This house sat on the market and then had 5 buyers line up with their last price reduction. When it rains it pours! That is the nature of this business sometimes! You should keep in touch with us Marc. Mahalo
