Stephanie: Let’s first start with that initial conversation about your goals, but then we can move quickly and I’ll gather all of the information I need, I’ll pull your credit, you’ll submit documents and if everything looks favorable, I’ll be ready to give you a pre-approval letter so you and your realtor Fawn can start looking for a home.
