Ewa Beach Townhouse Tour – All VA approved Options!

When you think of great areas to live on the island, Ewa Beach should be on that list.  There are many great communities and sections of Ewa that have some amazing  Townhouse options.  Possibly its time to downsize, you are seeking less property maintenance or you are PCS’ing to Hawaii and just dont want the worry of maintaining a single family home.  What ever the reason they are numerous options in Ewa Beach that offer some great Townhouse opportunities.  These Townhouses all have access to a community pool and some have fitness centers and tennis courts.  They range in price from $500K to over $600k and all are VA approved.  Some of these units have good sized backyards, two car garages and most are 3 bedrooms with 2.5 baths.  These are private and spacious units that have virtually maintenance free living.

One of the areas I am showcasing today is Spinnaker, in ocean Pointe.  These properties were mainly built in 2005 and have a monthly maintenance fee averaging $411 a month that includes the common area maintenance.  Unit #805 with MLS #201707153 is a prime example of what you can get for a listing price of $520,000 this unit is a 3 bedroom 2/1 bath central AC a two car garage and is 1130 square feet of interior space with a yard.  The community has a huge pool with showers and plenty of common areas to enjoy.

The Town Houses at Fairways edge is the sister property to Spinnaker and across the street.  These also have a great community pool and common areas directly in the center of the complex.  Unit number #4604 with MLS #201709126 is currently available and listed for $525K.  This unit is 1183 square feet has a two car garage and a zen front rock garden.  The monthly fee of $508 covers the common areas, water and sewer charges making this a very reasonable HOA.

Slightly closer to the new Wai Kai Lagoon is Hoakalei at Ka Makana these were mainly built later in 2010-2011.  Unit #1806 is currently available with MLS #201711278 and listed for $565K.  This property is one of the rarely available single level properties in the complex with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths boasting 1225 square feet.  this unit also includes 13 owned PV panels with an HOA that is $538 but is including cable TV, internet, phone, water, sewer and common area maintenance.  This community has a huge pool, large spa, grassy areas, fitness center and lit tennis courts to enjoy.

Last on the list is the newest development Hoakalei at Lei Pauku.  Unit #1203 with MLS #201707383 is the most expensive listed at $629K.  This is a full 3/3 and has an impressive 1368 square feet of space.  These are brand new and ready for the first owner to occupy.  Central AC, two car garages and everything is brand new including the SS appliances.  The monthly expense is $584 and again includes the internet, phone, cable, water, sewer and the amazing Hoakalei pool area.

All of these units are VA eligible and all under the maximum amounts making these perfect for anyone in the military.  These complex are all within walking distance from each other and are just a few examples of some townhouses in this great community.  There are numerous  community parks, side walks, dog parks and several schools to enjoy.  The communities have some amazing biking, running and walking trails  for everyone to enjoy in and around the communities all year round.
