This lot is priced in line with current comparable sales in the neighborhood, please feel free to verify this in my most recent Lanikeha market update blog. This lot is priced at over $300,000 less than what the current seller paid for it as an initial developer offering.
Build or “Land Bank”
In Lanikeha, there are detailed covenants and building guidelines that ensure the high integrity of the neighborhood, so although you can certainly use whatever licensed architect and general contractor to help you with the design and construction of the home, it is not a bad idea to rely on the expertise of those who have done this sort of work in the neighborhood.
