The units have 1, 2, or 3 bedrooms and range in size from approximately 800 square feet to 1,800 square feet. The project will include 153 condo units in six, four-story buildings, with parking on the first floors and residences on the upper three floors. So far, 4 floor plans have been published, which I’ll analyze in a future blog post.

The ocean is less than a half mile away. The commutes to Kaneohe, downtown Honolulu, Pearl Harbor-Hickam, and Camp Smith are all under 30 minutes. Not bad if you have to work while living in paradise.
