Introducing the Hawaii Custom RealTOUR Packages as a Business Write-Off

Many people come to Hawaii as a business expense and need to connect with a REALTOR to see real estate in order to write-off their trip. Now you can meet with a REALTOR, see a few listings that are currently on the market that you may be interested in, get educated on Hawaii real estate and the local business culture through the eyes of a Hawaii business owner (yours truly), and use the information to benefit every part of your life, here or afar~

Deluxe RealTOUR Package

For starters, or for people who are experiencing their first trip to Hawaii, I recommend the Deluxe RealTOUR Package – starting at $300 – you will tour 3 different homes in different parts of the Big Island (to experience 3 of the 12 different climates you might enjoy in your price range), visit a popular site in the area, and have lunch at somewhere special (either at a restaurant in the area that I can recommend, or picnic lunch at a popular site – whichever you prefer – and bring your swimsuits just in case it’s near a gorgeous beach!).

I will share with you the History of Lemuria or The Continent of Mu, and how Hawaii is actually the mountaintops of a huge continent that once existed before Atlantis and encompassed the whole Pacific Ocean.

I will also share the stories and myths of the Goddesses Pele (Fire) and her sister Poliahu (Ice) who reside on the Big Island, and how they play a part in your successful existence here.

Also, for those who have been to the islands before and would like to see potential business ventures that Hawaii has to offer, (for the same fee) we can take a tour of business properties for sale that you may be interested in, and look at the climates and locations that your potential business may prosper best in. Custom tours are also available for those who have specific agendas as they come to visit the islands.

Standard RealTOUR Package

For those who have a more serious intent to buy Hawaii real estate within the next 1-6 months, but are just starting your search for a second home, I would suggest the Standard RealTOUR Package, starting at $200.

We will take a look at up to 6-10 properties in a particular area of the island and I will show you locations of special activities that may interest you (whether it be golf, sports, hiking, beaches, etc.), and I will keep in touch with all active listings and activity in the area of interest.

When you are ready to move forward in purchasing your dream home in paradise, I can video preview the property (if you are unable to see it yourself), and set up an escrow account with your deposit check prior to writing the offer.

Basic RealTOUR Package

For those of you who are seriously interested in buying real estate on your next trip to the islands, I suggest the Basic RealTOUR Package starting at $100.

I will take your $5,000+ deposit check to the escrow company of choice (based on your average search price range or offer price), so that your escrow will already be opened once the offer is accepted. This will help your transaction to close in less time, and also impress the seller – strengthening the negotiation process on your behalf.

Then we will take a look at up to 10 properties of interest and I will do any due diligence research on the property you wish to buy before you make the offer – so that you can feel most comfortable moving forward with purchasing your dream home in Hawaii.

If at anytime you need more information on any property of interest, I would be happy to video preview or research anything you may need on the property to help you prepare for the purchase of your home.
