Monthly association fees for Coral Ridge are $35. Coral Ridge is not doing a lottery, but once you are pre-qualified with their lender, they will put your name on a waiting list for each plan you’re interested in.

There will be two phases in Coral Ridge. Phase 1 is currently being built, and there will be a new release each month with an allocated amount of homes and plans released. Homes will increase by $4,000 with each new release. Phase 2 will be built by the Barber’s Point Golf Course and in the middle of the development will be Seabridge by Gentry. This will be Gentry’s newest condominium community, similar to the Trades.

A total of 178 homes will be built in Coral Ridge. A new commercial site is planned to be built next to Phase 1. It’s still unknown which businesses will take up residency.
