Contemporary Haiku Home Offers Desirable North Shore Living

Today is a perfect day – the trade winds are blowing, the sun is shining, and everything seems to be humming a happy tune. The OluKai Ho’olaule’a is on, so I keep peering out my office window to see if I can catch sight of the paddlers on their quest to the finish line. (“The OluKai” is a world-class downwind paddling event – celebrating all things Hawaii).

The prior weekend I had the pleasure to once again help with the Haiku Ho’olaule’a and Flower Festival. The 22nd annual Flower Fest is the celebration in Haiku. It is a day-long free festival that brings arts, music, food, flowers, history, keiki, and ohana together. The festival funds the PTA, which in turn provides the Haiku kids with PE and Arts and Enrichment Programs. Haiku residents really come together for this event – it is beautiful to behold.

I’m ready to pop down to grab a bite to eat. That just might be the toughest decision of the day…poke at Tobi’s Shave Ice? Mana Food for their awesome food bar surprise? Paia Fish Market for a taco like no other…oh the choices.

What Does All of This Have To Do With Real Estate?

The house I have listed is beautiful, as you see by the photos below…it sells itself – but the benefit to this beautiful home is the North Shore lifestyle that comes with it.
