Paul Bleck, Paul Bleck Limited Architect

With more than 30 years of professional experience in both Hawaii and California, Paul has achieved recognition for his incredible creative design solutions, even on the most challenging estate sites. What is the current range of construction costs for building a custom home in the Mauna Kea area? On a square foot basis, I mean. Assume a house of about 4,000 SF.

How much does an average swimming pool cost to build (say 15 x 30 size, with a max depth of about 5 feet)?
